Minimum to Qualify:
- 550 Credit Score minimum.
- $50,000 combined gross income annually.
- Must agree to pay 2 months security deposit plus your first months rent.
- Must agree to a minimum lease of $1250 per month.
- Must not have any open Chapter 7 bankruptcies
- Current Chapter 13 bankruptcies must show consistent payments for the last four months.
- No recorded evictions in the last five years.
- No liens or balances owed to a landlord.
- No felonies within the last seven years.
- No one must be on the sex offender registry.
The application process only takes about 15 to 20 minutes and can be fully completed online. A decision on your application is usually returned by the underwriters in approximately two to three business days. Supporting documents must be uploaded to verify all information provided. There is also a small processing fee that covers all applicants on the application.
